Foot care by David Taylor's online booking service relates to your appointment with a Practitioner. Any follow-up appointments can be arranged with the secretary after your treatment or consultation or booked online for an appointment with your Practitioner.
You must be 18 years of age or older and only be booking an appointment for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else, unless express consent has been given by them.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Whether or not employed by Taylor organisation ltd, Practitioners involved in your care may be independent Practitioners. Accordingly, Taylor organisation ltd will not be liable for any act or omission of a Practitioner; the Practitioner will be responsible for the care he or she provides you.
If you are paying for your own treatment, the price is displayed once you have selected an appointment date and time. By booking an appointment, you agree to pay the fee shown.
If you are booking an appointment using private medical insurance such as hospital Saturday, you will need authorisation from your insurer first as to whether you can claim the cost of your consultation or treatment. Please contact your insurer directly if you have any questions. Taylor organisation ltd will provide letter headed treatment receipts where applicable in order for you to claim from your insurer but a receipt or letter headed receipt is no guarantee of a successful claim from your paid insurer.
Please note, as a privately insured patient it is your responsibility to check the level of cover and confirm with your insurer that your treatment at Foot care by David Taylor is covered by your policy. Some insurers require insurance through hcpc registration - not all of our Practitioners have the hcpc as their designated governing body, some Practitioners may use an alternative service of insurance- in which case you would need to check with your insurer that you are eligible to claim. This includes any additions to your treatment such as Orthotics, insole or medication provided during a treatment.
Please contact Foot care by David Taylor's booking team as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. It is Foot care by David Taylor's policy to NOT charge a cancellation fee but do reserve the right to amend this policy in the future and repeated short notice cancellations without valid reason may result in none treatment.
